Local (Egypt)

BUNGALOWH.COM delivers locally in Egypt via Aramex and Wassally. 
All local orders are dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours*.

• Orders placed Sunday-Thursday before 12pm will be delivered the same day.

• Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following business day.

• Orders placed on Thursday after 12am will be delivered on Saturday.

(*Business days are from Sunday-Thursday, excluding public holidays)

International

BUNGALOWH.COM ships worldwide via Aramex. We are able to ship to most countries - it is just a case of DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (if any), which may be charged on the purchase.

GCC including Lebanon & Jordan

• Orders placed Saturday-Thursday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.
 

• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day, and will ship within 24 hours.

• For GCC countries except Saudi Arabia orders will be delivered in 2 working days after dispatch.

• For Saudi Arabia, Lebanon & Jordan orders will be delivered in 3 working days after dispatch.

(*Business days are from Sunday-Thursday, excluding public holidays). If we are experiencing any delivery delays due to unprecedented demand, it will be noted on the website or you will be notified by email.

Currencies

We display multiple currencies to help our customers. 
Note though that the charge to your card processed is in GBP (Great British Pounds £) and may vary slightly from the $/€/LE indicative cost.

All prices are calculated from the current exchange rates and are approximate only and should be used only as a guide. 

The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you may have entered an invalid email address or your Internet connection may have been interrupted while making your order. Please email us at customerservice@bungalowh.com to confirm your email address and we will confirm if your order was received. Or login to and check your order status.

Ready to Ship

  Orders will be considered ready to dispatch when:

• Payment has been approved (not applicable for cash on delivery).

• If you have ordered an item that is not yet in stock, your item will be shipped when it arrives (Item availability is shown on all item pages).

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. You will be able to view your shipping cost on your order confirmation page before you make your purchase.

Order Tracking

International orders may be tracked via the respected shipper website using their AirWay bill number that will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Simply click on the tracking number in the email received and it will direct you to your item shipping status.

Return/Exchange Policy

In the event you wish to return any or all items purchased, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all their original labeling attached within 7 days (Egypt), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on SALE, earrings, swimwear, sunglasses, and custom-made items (special ordered items), which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging, if applicable. Bungalowh.com reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items that Bungalowh.com can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and or the tags are removed. We strongly advise all our customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on the items purchase cost for the order. The purchase cost is defined as the total value of the order less any taxes, duties & shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We also ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at returns@bungalowh.com when you receive your package and we will send you instructions on how to return your items. Please include your return/exchange form that we will send to you with your order with your return package as we cannot accept returns without them being filled out.
